Is this Normal?

I'm 5 weeks and 5 days. Is it normal to feel pinch like feeling here and there in my back & stomach not at the same time. But my hcg levels were 59.2 on Monday. I'm getting blood tested again tomorrow to see if they went up. But I'm not bleeding or any of that.

I'm 5w 6d and I have the same exact thing. so I'm guessing it's normal?
