to schedule or not?? advice needed!

so i posted this in the twins & multiples group and didnt get any responses. im starting to freak myself out and double guess myself.. i am 30 weeks with didi twin girls. I had an emergency c-section with my first child (will be pretty much exactly 6 years at my due date - within first week of February) and I have been told that as long as Baby A stays head down (as she has been this entire pregnancy) I will be able to try VBAC. I was wondering if anyone went natural but wished they went with a scheduled c-section instead or was happy with their decision. I really don't want to get a c-section because I'll be raising these babies alone and won't have much help, so I need to be as independent as possible. Any advice helps, thanks in advance!!
