SPD? Anyone else?

33 weeks and severe SPD. I dread sleeping and when I do it’s unexplainably painful just to move. Walking is also becoming a challenge. Please tell me I’m not alone 😵😵😵😵

Same here, and have had it for months. Its getting worse. For the longest time I thought it was just my chronic SI/low back problems not agreeing with pregnancy, but then I realized I’m very tender when I touch the symphysis pubis. I have both a pelvic belt and a belly support band but I don’t wear either very much because they bug me (I also have a sensitive nerve in my hip). Rolling over in bed is the worst! 9 more weeks...

I have it. 2 weeks of ‘barely walking’ now it’s bearable for the past couple weeks. It’s always there but I’m learning how to manage. The worst part is that I need to stretch/squat when all I want to do is lock my legs together!

I had this so bad last week I literally lay in bed crying, I went for a massage, and I feel like it’s almost bearable again, I can actually sleep I don’t know how it helped but it did

I'm with you, it's painful to do anything. But, I've got two kids to chase already so I've got to just suck it up and be in pain. ☹️

Yep! Ive got it bad. Had it since about 29w and its kicking me ass again. 32w tomorrow.
