Should I bother getting ready?

Okay so I had plans to go out with this guy tonight and I texted him at 4 giving him my address and no reply it’s now 7,do I still get ready or do I just assume that he’s not coming? I don’t want to do my makeup and get all dressed up if I’m just going to be stood up😩 also I’d like to point out that he told me to text him when I finished work today and now he’s not fucking replying

I know its probably way late but I wouldn't bother. But at least he replied to your message. I met a guy on tinder and was supposed to go out one night. He was supposed to be coming over at like 7. At 7:30 he hadn't turned up so I sent him a message asking if he was still coming - no reply. At 9pm I messaged him saying, I assume your not and it took the tool 2 days to reply 😠
