super bad anixety can someone please respond if awake?

sorry if this comes off as sounding stupid but i woke up out of my sleep to what i think is heartburn. my thorat feels like its burning but i dont feel the burn all the way down to breast bone. and i keep burping with a sour feeling stomach, is this heart burn? has anyone felt heartburn like this before? i cant seemnto shake the anixety feeling right now again im sorry if this sounds dumb. btw im 9wks 4 days

I don't get heartburn but get throatburn like you describe. It can be horrible x

Hope you feel better! Anxiety in the middle of the night it the worse! Def just heartburn tho very common

Def heat burn.. prolly some acid reflux too,, take some Tums.. you can also take famotodine over the counter it is safe during pregnancy this will prevent it from happening...

Try sleeping sitting up. I’ve dealt with acid reflux my whole life and it’s the only thing that helped me apart from a prescription. Also try not eating before bed for a few hours if you can. Tums never worked for me much but it does for some.
