Symptom change?

Has anyone else’s symptoms changed? I’m a day shy of 6 weeks and I’ve noticed that i have less cramping and less breast pain... but more nausea.
Anyone experiencing the same thing?

I had horrifically sore boobs and headaches, like I had the hangover from hell for the week I was meant to be on my period and now nothing at all. I feel completely normal which is freaking me out a bit. Just took a test to make sure I’m still pregnant 🤣

im 6 weeks and 1 day . my breast arent as sore as they were . im definitely getting alot more nauseous.  been throwing up every morning for the past 3 days
