Too early to buy unisex clothes ?

I’m only 4 weeks and 4 days but i really wanna start buying a little bit of unisex clothes . Am i crazy ? Do i need to wait ? 😢

I had bought a few things and made some baby blankets early on for my second pregnancy but sadly lost my baby at 11 weeks. So my suggestion is to buy it and keep it in a box already packed away. It was torture having to pack my baby stuff and put it away while going through a loss. I hope you don’t have to worry about this and have a happy healthy 9 months but it’s just my suggestion! After multiple losses you try to protect your heart as much as possible. That being said.... Absolutely you should enjoy your little one right now and start spoiling them! Good luck!

We started buying stuff two years before we decided to TTC. There is no such thing as too early, as far as I’m concerned. We bought mostly unisex stuff, but my husband really wants a girl, so the closet is slowing becoming more purple.

I don’t think there is any specific time you need to wait. You do what is best for you, but I do think that as some women have pointed out it can be hard if you have to
pack it away if something were to happen. That is worth keeping in mind.
I waited until after my 20 week scan to see that everything was healthy and baby was doing well before I bought anything and then I bought a couple of little outfits and a stuffed lamb, just to be able to feel like I was doing something for my sweet boy :) 
Remember too - depending on your preferences and whatnot you may have a baby shower and get a lot of stuff too! My baby shower pretty much set me up through the first year for clothes and of the couple of things I did buy myself there were duplicates from the shower haha
Do what is right for you! Just keep these things in mind as you buy :)

I bought a couple of outfits when I was 4/5 weeks (I’m now 7) but haven’t bought anymore just incase, I think the pain of putting them away for good would just break me. I’ve put them in an empty drawer I have for now! Plus the jan sales are coming up so it would be a fab time to start getting wee bits and bobs in, congratulations 💕
