With my first, we had both sets of our parents at the hospital waiting for her to be born. It took six hours and I’m honestly just not sure if I want that many people waiting around with me in labor for who knows how long. It was during the middle of the night and I got lots of complaints about people being tired. If you’re tired, don’t show up! This time I am thinking about having just me and my husband there and having one of the grandparents watch our daughter. I’m not sure if I would like to have my mother in the room this time or not. What are your plans for who will be at the birth?
