Hi guys!!

So I ran out of my birth control pills prescription and I went without the pill for about a week. My doctor advised me to take extra care of myself for a week then after that week I was good. I didn’t wait for my next period to start and I began taking my new pack of pills immediately. This means that my period will be delayed right? I am late and I’m a little nervous but I have been taking care of myself for years now so, I just need reassurance on how late my period can be after this event? Any experiences out there that can help me relax?
