27 weeks just found out i have GB!!!
so I'm scared of course never having to something like this and now it's like my baby's life is in my hands!!! I'm not sure what to eat what meals to make and I know protein and fibers and no sugar and no fruit unless it's apples but what can I honestly eat! where can I find meals to make! what is some meals y'all make to eat! my doctor suggested the south beach diet!! you have to order that online! I can't afford it so I'm not sure what to do! I need help!!!
