how did you lose weight ? can you drop pics and tell me your journey.
I am struggling so much with weight loss. my daughter is 5 months now and I still haven't had a period. My Dr said that may also be a reason for rapid weight gain. I'm 250, before my daughter I was 211 after her birth i was 213. also I breastfeed
