My baby girl had her puppies last night. It was the most amazing experience. She had 7 total. The first one she had struggled getting the sack and umbilical cord. My husband had to step in as doctor and help her. He cut the umbilical cord and tied it for her. Then her second one came and as my friend was sitting there with gloves on and hands out she just picked the sack up and handed her the baby. Her eyes just said “help me”. We opened the sack for her and she took care of the umbilical cord. After that, she had it figured out.

Then puppy number 6 came. Little momma was exhausted and not pushing anymore so we stepped in and helped her get the pup out. It was limp, had no color on its tongue and wasn’t breathing. Momma wasn’t giving it any attention. We waited two minutes then I picked it up and rubbed its little chest until it started breathing. It then got color and started whimpering. I handed it back to her and she took it in with her other pups. :)

They are all doing wonderful now and little momma is so loving.
