Any nausea tips please ladies?

Struggling at the moment and dry heaving a few times. Work xmas meal on saturday and i'm dreading it cause i can barely stomach anything 🙈

I agree with the eating small meals . This is my fourth pregnancy and I finally figured it out (I think ) I literally eat alll day long . But grazing ... few grapes. 2 crackers, handful of almonds, a yogurt ... each small snack every hour or two . It's crazy and time consuming but it's helping . Also tried the jolly rancher and that works also ! Only other suggestion is to stay hydrated. I sip water constantly. Good luck !!

Eat small meals, often. I know it's hard to eat, but when you have an empty stomach it makes it worse.

My midwife today told me to take vit B6 combined with unisom (the unisom is just at night). I would call your ob or midwife to see if that’s an option or if there’s any other medication options if none of the home remedy stuff is working.  
I have found that acupressure (there’s a point about 2 in above your wrist) worked with my last pregnancy but not so much with this one—might be worth it to give that a try too—you can google search to see the exact spot.

I had it bad, small meals, ginger ale, crackers, none of it helped me.  best thing I found? citrus....clementines or lemon in water.  the smell helped me too.  it's a very fresh scent that undies all the gross food scents.  good luck!

thanks, ive noticed the empty stomach feeling. sometimes i dont know whats acid and whats hunger 🙈 apples are my friend at the mo!
