so i posted something like this before but maybe i just need to reword it some. last month my period was 4 days late. pretty sure it was because of stress. i tok a test, it was negative, got it full on the next day. it was heavy and lasted about 7 days like a normal one. nothing out of the ordinary. my question is, if that one was late do you think my next one will ve on the new schedule or go back to the 25 to 28 days that it usually is? has this happened to anyone, and did your period come on time the next month or was it the same as the month before? thanks!
