TMI mucus photo conception

Hi guys so on the 13th the day before my period I experienced this amount and colour of mucus come out it was very stretchy and milky white I've read up that it could be the implantation mucus plug? But there's so sign of blood that came along with it? My period is now two days late and I'm testing negative but I've been having cramps still like AF is coming but instead it's more of a pinching pain and it radiates to my hips or lower back please help with advice Ta xx
