Did I miscarriage?

Warning it’s a graphic picture. It was more of a ball but I️ spread it out. We’ve been TTC for a few months now and this month i got my cycle a day before it said i would start which was a huge disappointment. Well just now this came out and I’ve been feeling nauseous all day today. I’ve never had any big clots come out like this before. I did some reading and one of the types of miscarriage is a chemical miscarriage which takes place around the time of the woman’s next cycle.
