mixing formula with breastmilk?

is it okay and how do i do it? im a ftm and loosing my supply at 4 months. she doesn't seem to like the formula taste since we have only ebf. can I mix to get her used to it?

I mix. Just shake formula first then add breast milk. Never shake breast milk

Are you sure you supply is dropping and not just regulating? I wasn’t responsive to my breast pump about that time I thought mine was going but at 17 months I still have a full supply. The dr said it’s normal to feel like there’s less there.

Not judging or questioning, but what makes you think your supply is dropping?

To get my baby more calories, doctor told us to just add a teaspoon of the powder to 4oz of breast milk. 
Doctor didn't say directly, but through conversation it sounded to me like you can mix them pretty much however you want, as long as when you're making the formula part, there is at least the noted amount of powder to the amount of water that it says. Too much water and your baby won't be able to digest it properly.
