so confused!

I am so confused. I had a light period November 22-25. Then had spotting and one day of heavy bleeding December 6-11. I go to the obgyn tomorrow to see what is going on. Anyone with any ideas? I normally have a 34day cycle and I am only 29. my family doesn't go through menopause till they are in their late 40s or early 50s.
