Placenta too close to my cervix...

Any thoughts, ideas,or experiences on being told this

So one of my midwifes at my birth center told me that my placenta was a little to close to my cervix and they wanted to do another ultrasound to see if it was moving with time

I'm not worried about it and was thinking of going down to Tijuana Mx to get a second opinion, which I usually follow up my pregnancies over there and just do the birth center over here.

I did a little research and came to the conclusion they're just jumping the gun and being cautious

But as my sister says better over than under reacting
