The pill has been the best for me. The patch irritated my sensitive skin and the ring bothered me since I always felt like I could feel it wether the notion was in my head or not.

I’m bad at taking pills everyday so I didn’t wanna chance it with my birth control. I was considering the patch but it has to be changed every week. I chose the nuvaring because it could stay in for 3 weeks and I still get my period to make sure I wasn’t pregnant. It worked out really well, I only had light cramps the 1st month and nothing else

I'm on the patch and I love it. It helps with headaches and I love how I only have to think about in once a week. Some side effects I've had is the first week on it I got super emotional. It also made my boobs huge! It does sometimes irritate my skin but if you change the spot you put it on each week it shouldn't be too bad.

I have the copper IUD (paraguard) and love it. IUDs are the most effective form of birth control, plus the copper one is non hormonal which is why I chose it. The paraguard can make your period heavier and make cramps worse, but so far I really haven't had any problems (to be fair, my period wasn't a problem before I got it). They also have hormonal ones that actually lighten your period over time if that's more of your thing- both options are over 99% effective.
