Is there a false positive? Am I really pregnant?

I am 1 week late and today I took 2 pregnancy tests. See below. I guess it is + , but I am not feeling anything. Just my boobs

are really sore and big. 
With my first daughter I knew I was pregnant but I am confused now. 
What do you think?

Positive for sure!! Most symptoms don’t start until anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Congrats!!!

each pregnancy is different. you could have no symptoms with the first and then have all the symptoms with the second. definitely positive though. your eggo is preggo

Thank you for all the messages. But not sure if I should celebrate. I just went to the bathroom and saw some bleeding. Not sure if It is spotting or a miscarriage. So frustrating not to know.

You are pregnant. I’ve heard that false positives don’t really happen often because you have to have a certain pregnancy hormone to get a positive.  
With my daughter I didn’t have any symptoms that I was pregnant. I took a test after I was over a week late. Every pregnancy is so different.
