Feeling Strange after Sugar
I’m 9 Weeks and this has been happening for a few weeks now. Every time I eat something that’s pretty sugary I feel AWFUL afterwards for hours. Sweaty, shakey, hot, nauseous...just really weird. Today I had a peanut butter, banana, yogurt, spinach, and almond milk smoothie for lunch at 2:30, and at 5:30 I am still feeling so strange and gross. It’s hard for me to eat anything at this point 😞 Does anyone else have this problem??
