What to do to get rid of acne during pregnancy?

Hi, does any of you know anything safe to use during pregnancy to get rid of acne? I've never really had acne before now everyday there is a new one on my face and hurts so freaking much!!! And I do modeling I can't have my face all scard! Thank you in advance..

get something to exfoliate your face (like a glove, loofah or something like this not the "exfoliating body wash" crap). cleanse like you normally do. then lavender water or rosewater. you can use moisturizer if needed but i find lavender water rehydrates the skin enough by itself. you can use tea tree oil (works as antiseptic) as a spot treatment for zits, rubbing alcohol also works very well for drawing out all the oils and crap clogging the pore but dries the skin a lot so use it sparingly. hope that helps.
