How are you relaxing?

I’ve been on the verge of tears all day. Aside from feeling terrible due to my symptoms, my work day today was so bad, then some dumb highschool kids decided to mess with the ttc escalator thus lurching this pregnant lady forward on two different escalators, got into a fight with my mom about how everything is my fault and because I thought she should apologize for going against her word, now I’m an ungrateful daughter... and I still have to practice with my band for a few hours before I can go home. Instead of breaking down crying, I just want to find a nice safe way to relax when I get home tonight. Any awesome suggestions? Or potential anger management techniques during pregnancy? 🙄
