Advise needed

Hello ladies ,

So I'm 20 in a week and am thinks about maybe buying my self a "toy". Because why not but I live with my parents and don't want to buy one and them know when it comes. Dose any one know any good sites to buy off where you can't tell what it is by the packaging ? Or any tips ? Or thoughts ?
