Can weed regulate your cycle and if not what can it affect? What are some affects how its had for you? Thank you 🌿💨

I’m not sure if it regulates my cycles, but it FOR SURE helps with the more problematic symptoms! I don’t get as moody and bitchy, and it helps with pain in my back and cramps. Smoking also helps me sleep better when I’m on my period, which can be difficult with killer cramps.

I used to smoke regularly and in a moderate amount. My cycle never altered from every 30 days.
