Helppppp!!!

I KNOW THESE ARE POSITIVES BUT what are tge odds of getting a false BFP this dark??? We have been trying for 7 months and I just don't want to get my hopes up! Last period was November 6-10th, this period is 8 days late now! Going to get a blood test in the next 3 days - just wanted input!!
