I posted this in the General pregnancy group but I thought maybe the Csection group may have more answers or experiences!

I'm 27w2d right now I have a septate uterus that was diagnosed when I was 6 weeks along with a SCH(that I still have) and now i have a complete placenta previa (anterior position). My baby boy is breeched because of both of these and I know it's still early but my obgyn has mentioned that he think because there's minimal space due to the septum that if baby goes to natural position there won't be room for the placenta to move up and if the placenta moves up then there's no room for baby to go into natural position. I'm curious if any of you have had both of these or any similar experiences? Would love to hear for you guys!
