I got the paragard inserted on November 29th right after I had the nexplanon taken out and it was by far some of the worst cramps during insertion and after that I have ever experienced. I spotted for about a week and a half and then it stopped. Last week I had very faint pink mucus when I wiped and that was it. But have been cramping since then. My boobs are sore, my back hurts and these cramps are off and on. Is it because my hormones are all whacked out?
