Extremely tmiiii poop and mucous pic.... Don't open if don't wanna see poop!

Ladies I'm sorry for these disturbing pictures but I'm worried atm. Today when I pooped it hurt at first. Then later on i had diarrhea. Now when I poop or even push my poop out and wipe there's this mucousy looking discharge. What could this be please help! Has this happened to anyone if so what was it.
