Sex at 2 am... in an apartment

I live in student living. They are a bunch of suites in an apartment. Each suite has a living room, kitchen, pantry, 2 full bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. They are super beautiful, but the walls are SUPER thin. I have never heard anyone having sex, but I'm sure others have heard me.

My boyfriend is in med school and I am in nursing school. We hadn't seen eachother for 3 weeks and were craving eachother.

We had sex from 11pm to 3am. With maybe 15 minutes of cuddling.

We just NEEDED to. And that meant rocking my bed at 2am while someone was sleeping on the other side of the thin wall in the next suite.

We felt bad, but couldn't have sex anywhere else because he lives over an hour away and I pay $830 a month to live here so I think I should be able to use my room.

Should I feel rude for having sex for 4 hours straight and rocking the bed so much?

Overall, we were silent. We only whispered if needed.
