Am I a bad wife?

So my husband and I had a twin miscarriage at 5 months. we are back on birth control ( iud) we decided if for some reason we got pregnant we would keep them but we won't actively ttc for a few years (5 to be exact). I want to get pregnant. I want to be a mom. I pester him about the time frame and have sex when I am ovulating. Does that make me a bad wife?

I wouldn’t say a “bad wife” but pestering someone is not the way to do things. You need to have a discussion about it and not force him into it. I understand you want to be a mother but you aren’t considering his feelings at the moment.

Keep in mind how he is feeling, you guys agreed on waiting and that’s probably for the best so you both can heal emotionally over your loss. Talk to your husband, don’t pester.
