Christmas birthdays: No RSVP’s

My daughter turns 1 on Dec. 22 and her birthday is on the 23rd. We will be in California for Christmas so we are having her birthday party there since that is where most of our friends and family are. I’ve gotten a lot of RSVP’s from family, but haven’t heard much from friends. It’s a week away and I’m worried that not many people are coming, except for my husband’s family (who doesn’t really get along). How do I️ ask for RSVP’s without coming off as rude or pushy?
