Feeling discouraged

I'm 9 DPO and I've been having dull twinges on both sides, extreme fatigue, acid reflux, irritability, feeling full, and breakouts. I tested this morning and got a BFN. With my last pregnancy I got a pretty dark positive at 9 DPO. Is it still a little too early?
