Can I eat sushi now?

I know it wasn’t something I could eat during pregnancy but can I eat it now while breastfeeding?

Go for it! That was the first thing I wanted when I got out of the hospital. Just don't get high mercury fish often. If you only go once or twice a month you should be fine! Otherwise you Mau need to look up what fish to avoid eating frequently
