Blood clotting disorders

Hi everyone! I am a high risk pregnancy as I have an over production of platelet levels (double the amount) and also have had 3 miscarriages (Sept2011, missed miscarriage; May 2017, blighted ovum; October 2017, miscarriage with heartbeat). Currently I am 5w1d with blood work and first ultrasound next week and on light bed rest (can still work as I work in admin position but that is it). I currently take low dose aspirin but wondering what else you might have done? I’ve heard of Lovenox injections!
