Teen battling weight
Hi.
I am a teenager and I am overweight.
Weighing in at 190 pounds and with a height of 5’3”.
I have always been concerned about my weight, and have recently trying to change my ways.
I have been bullied about my weight and for being too nice and smart.
As of that I became took into online school.
Only then to be bullied by family as well.
Being bullied about my weight, especially by my family is heartbreaking.
Not only do they do this, my family won’t help me at all into loosing my weight.
With myself trying to diet, my parents still make unhealthy meals in which I have to eat.
On top of that I have awful PMS (I start PMS two weeks before my period) that adds to my weight and cravings.
It is a repeating failure cycle of me trying to loose weight.
I have tried all kinds of diets, Pinterest/Youtube weight loss plans and today tried “Hiit” exercise where I almost threw up.
I’m writing here because I need advice, and I need help.
Before I even think about returning to my old high school, I want to loose 70 pounds.
Will somebody please help me through my journey?
I want to overcome this.
