Ovulation question...

I usually get a positive opk cd10 or 11 .... my line isn't even close to getting darker cd13.... anyone know why? What's going on? I'm starting to really worry that I'm not going to ovulate this month? A month wasted?? I want to cry!!! I'm very regular with a 27-28 day cycle
