Miscarriage Advice!

Found out Monday I was pregnant (confirmed blood test. HCG level 13). 2 days after missed period. Friday started bleeding went to the ER and they confirmed miscarriage.(HCG level was 10 after 5 days). Period all said and done was a week late. Doctors gave me almost no advice or info and googling is driving me nuts. Is this considered a chemical? After the bleeding is done are we safe to start trying again? We are completely heartbroken that it didn’t stick. Any similar situations out there or any success stories on getting pregnant the next month after an early miscarriage?!
