Question & advice for missed period...

So my husband and I have been TTC. I’m attaching images from my Glow and Flo apps showing my October and November cycle. Flo states I’m 5 days late (af was supposed to come on the 12th) Glow states I’m 2 days late (af was supposed to come on the 14th).

I tested at home on the 12th though and it was negative. It wasn’t a first morning urine though. Thoughts? Test again? Pregnancy possibly or just something off?
