Where is my sex drive?

I’m 4 months PP. I have completely and totally lost my sex drive. I HATE when my hubby tries to touch me in any kind of sexual way. I love to cuddle and feel close to him but if it starts to turn sexual i don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t know how to spice things up to make me want to be sexually intimate. I feel terrible for him I want to make him happy but I also don’t want to feel uncomfortable.

Are you breastfeeding? I find that my sex drive is lower too and I think it probably has to do with the hormones that come with breastfeeding. That and I’m always tired. It’s so much work to have sex, I’d just rather cuddle on the couch and watch tv lol. But in saying that, once we do get started I enjoy it so I do kind of force myself to initiate it or go with it if he tries at least a few times a week, it’s an important part of the relationship.

Same! I feel awful but it's totally gone and it's getting to the point that I don't even want to get too close just cuddling etc incase he tries anything on. Poor guy thinks I don't want him anymore but I really can't switch it around 😒
