What does a 3-4 week miscarriage look like? I was suppose to start my period, first it was spotting and now its heavy bleeding, the blood is bright red not like my usual period blood, something seems off too. And I keep getting sharp pains in my abdomen area, and a pulling sensation. I also passed a weird clump sack of goo which I never get on my periods.. could this be a miscarriage?
