TTC after nexplnon

got nexplnon out 6 months ago Oct 25 thru 30th had my period well in November I thought I would have my next now its going on middle of December and still nothing been TTC for 6 months and no hope anybody had trouble conceiving after nexplnon I had it in for 5 years also my periods where never irregular before
