Thanks ladies for all your comments, we've been to the dr and he said it was a none descript rash as a result of a viral infection. Just monitoring it and giving him supportive care!

We tried to go to the dr yesterday but they couldn't see us so have to wait til tomorrow now! My son is 14 months and had a temp on Tuesday and Wednesday but it came down by Thursday but then I noticed his legs, arms, feet and chest have all broken out in red spots. His temp is still fine though
