Hi everyone :)

I just got a UTI last week. I know that it was something to do with my urinary tract because my urethra (that’s what it’s called right?) was burning when I peed, my urine smelled foul, it was cloudy and bloody and I was having cramps in my lower abdomen.

I went to Urgent Care, got tested and they said I had no bacteria in my urine. This was on Wednesday.

Fast-forward to today and I feel pain on both sides of my lower back, nausea, weakness, chills, and I might have a fever but my mom refuses to buy a thermometer to check.

I keep asking if we can go to a MinuteClinic or something and get checked again, but it’s $99, we’re uninsured so it’d be self-pay, and my mom doesn’t want to spend money on that again if the people at UrgentCare said there was no bacteria in the first place.

Can someone please, please tell me what’s going on with me? My urine is still the same as it was on Wednesday, cloudy and foul-smelling but no blood. The doctors gave me phenazopyridine to take, and although it no longer burns when I pee, it didn’t help the other symptoms.

Someone please help!!!!!!!!!
