Ectopic pregnancy/Laparoscopic Surgery

We found out we were pregnant in November. These were the greatest news ever. We had been trying for a few months, but then everything went wrong. My hCG levels were very low and had to be monitored. Doctors figured it was an ectopic pregnancy. The baby was growing in my left Fallopian tube. We decided to go with the Methotrexate shot but it didn’t work. So I had to have surgery to get the baby and my left tube removed. At my post op appointment the doctor said the baby was bigger than they thought but they couldn’t tell me about how big the baby was. Is there any way to find out how long I was actually pregnant and how big the baby was? It is bothering me that i can’t know this information.
