Cramping?

I'm 5 weeks today and have had light cramps randomly off and on the last few days, and then yesterday my lower back started feeling sore and I got a wave of stronger cramps that eventually went away. No blood yet. Should I be concerned?

This is exactly how I'm feeling. I found out I'm pregnant five days ago, but I'm so scared. I had a miscarriage in March and a chemical in July.  Praying for this to stick!! Ironically, I have an appointment scheduled w my OBGYN tomorrow to talk about my options (since I'm 36 and we've been trying for 11 months). I hope she schedules me for blood work this week to monitor my numbers.

That can be normal, especially in the first trimester because everything is stretching.
