Just off the pill and irregular cycle?

So I’ve been taking birth control pills for the past 4 years and stopped them about 2 weeks ago. I got my first period when I was 11 (I’m 23 now) and I have always been irregular (except when I was on the pill) so I have no idea what my cycle is like...

This past week I’m pretty sure I ovulated (EWCM and rise in bbt) and BD’d all this week (before, during, and after suspected ovulation). Now I’m dpo4 and have no idea when to test... Any advice? Has anyone else had this problem?
