I'm 11 weeks. And fiance said I've changed

I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant. And today me and my fiancé kinda got into a disagreement today. he said here recently I've changed. which killed me inside💔 but I asked him how and he said my attitude. And that its because I've been hanging out with my old time friend. does he not realize it's just my emotions 😔😔 what should I do 💔💔😭 I love him so much
