OB confusion

I found out I was pregnant Friday. Now I need to make an appointment with an OB. The nearest hospital is very shitty and I refuse to go there. (Keep in mind I live in a TINY town so that primary is EVERYONES doctor. Literally) The next hospital up is an hour away. And the facilities are not what I prefer. This is my first. The hospital I want is over an hour away. Anyone know how to narrow down the search or if I should just make an appointment with whoever until we decide on a birth place?
